In 1976, in The Land of Cotton Old Times That Are Not Forgotten Look Away Look Away Look Away Dixie Land, there were three men by the names of Yellowhead George (1940-1999), Redfoot John (1941-2010), and Blueback James (1945-). Mr. Yellow, Mr. Red, and Mr. Blue had something in common. They were all suffering from chronic thirst, especially in the summertime and tap water just did not satisfy them enough. Mr. Blue owned a hotdog stand, Mr. Red owned a burger joint, and Mr. Yellow owned a pizzeria. These three men had been friends for a very long time, so they decided that it would be a great idea to go into business together. Mr. Blue sold his hotdog stand to his older brother, Mr. Red sold his burger joint to Walter Cronkite, and Mr. Yellow kept his pizzeria, but spent less time there. Angry with being too thirsty, they started a sports drink business after less than one year. In May of 1977, TooThirsty officially started producing its products.
The TooThirsty Corporation started out with only seven drinks, which were mostly clear and gave athletes a burst of strength and energy. In order to keep up with Powerade and Gatorade, its biggest competition, TooThirsty came up with the Super Surge Series (now the Mystical Crazes) in 1980, expanding its horizon to 14 total drinks, some of which had color. In 1982, they expanded to a total of 21 drinks, made up of 3 groups of 7 (the Surge Series, the Super Surge Series, and the Ultra-Super Surge Series). For nearly 18 successful years, those were the TooThirsty drinks and they satisfied many millions of athletes by mysteriously giving them the ultimate energy rush, epically enhancing their performance. Mr. Yellow, Mr. Red, and Mr. Blue were the three most talked about men in the world throughout the 1990s. In November of 1999, Mr. Yellow suffered a fatal heart attack in his sleep (confirmed to be unrelated to any of his products). In honor of Mr. Yellow's death, Mr. Red and Mr. Blue thought of expanding to 28 total drinks, which was accomplished in May of 2000. As of 2010, upon Mr. Red's death of sudden kidney failure (from sampling Gatorade), TooThirsty consists of a total of 35 drinks in 5 levels (7 drinks per level), to satisfy different levels of thirst and provide different levels of energy, all of which are guaranteed not to cause anyone's kidneys to fail upon consumption, unlike Gatorade or Powerade. TooThirsty is better than other sports drinks.
